Mr. Jayateerth Vaidya

With over two decades of rich experience in the design and execution of MEP services, Mr. Jayateerth Vaidya is a highly accomplished and respected professional in the industry.

He began his career as a Site Engineer at an electrical design firm, steadily progressing through various roles in both design and execution. A major chapter of his career was with a leading GC contracting firm, where he served as Senior Manager – MEP. In this role, he successfully delivered multiple projects across Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad, working with a diverse clientele and gaining deep insights into the industry’s best practices . He later took on the position of General Manager at a reputed electrical contracting company, where he made significant contributions to business development and operational excellence. This tenure not only sharpened his leadership capabilities butalso paved the way for fulfilling his long -cherished dream of becoming an entrepreneur. As a visionary leader, Mr. Vaidya is committed to delivering projects with discipline, precision, and seamless coordination. He believes in leveraging cutting-edge technology and advanced monitoring systems to enhance efficiency, ensure quality, and achieve timely project completion.

Mr. Thiru Kumar

With over two decades of industry leadership, Mr. Thiru Kumar D is a driving force in Building Automation, Safety, Security and Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS). His career reflects not only technical excellence but a strategic vision centered on scalable growth, operational efficiency, and technology-led transformation.

He began his professional journey in automation project leadership, delivering complex, end-to-end automation systems with precision and consistency. Early exposure to execution excellence shaped his strong foundation in system integration, team leadership, and client-centric delivery models.

During his tenure at Siemens, he contributed to the successful implementation of large-scale Safety, Security and IBMS projects aligned with global engineering standards. This experience refined his approach to structured governance, risk management, and performance optimization in mission-critical environments.

He later served as Regional Manager at a leading ELV contracting organization, where he led multi-disciplinary teams and oversaw high-value infrastructure projects for over five years. His leadership enhanced operational scalability, strengthened regional market presence, and consistently delivered measurable improvements in project timelines and profitability.

Recognizing emerging opportunities in integrated infrastructure solutions, he spearheaded Diadem Enterprises, building a strong portfolio in ELV, Safety and Security systems through innovation, disciplined execution, and long-term client partnerships. Today, as Founder & Director of Sanemi MEP Services Private Limited, he is steering the organization toward becoming a technology-driven, sustainable engineering enterprise. Under his leadership, Sanemi focuses on intelligent infrastructure, digital integration, energy efficiency, and future-ready MEP solutions—creating enduring value for clients, partners, and stakeholders
